Enveloop

Enveloop helps developers build and send well-crafted emails and texts from their apps using a single API. In practice that means replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

Who is it for? Mostly every team. Related areas on their profile: Developer Tools, Messaging and SMS. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Enveloop is based in Birmingham, Alabama and around since 2020. More on enveloop.com.

Things worth asking about: search, retention policies, and external guest access. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
