enParallel

enParallel provides graphics processing unit technology for gaming and personal computer. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

enParallel is based in Santa Clara, California. Their site is enparallel.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with enParallel, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
