Enghouse Interactive

Enghouse Interactive is one of the leading manufacturers of flexible and scalable customer interaction solutions. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Consumer Electronics and Manufacturing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Enghouse Interactive is based in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 1984. You can read more at enghouseinteractive.com.
