Enfold Systems

Enfold Systems is the premier provider of solutions based on the open-source Plone content management system. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Open Source, Search Engine, Technical Support, Web Design and Web Hosting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Enfold Systems is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is enfoldsystems.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
