EnFlex

EnFlex provides a software and hardware that allow retailers and institutions to manage key operating costs through a web interface. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

EnFlex is based in Prescott, Arizona. You can read more at enflex.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with EnFlex, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
