Enetics Networks

Enetics Networks is an IT consultancy that offers IT infrastructure, network design, hardware/software set up and vendor management service. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Enetics Networks is based in Seattle, Washington. You can read more at enetics.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Enetics Networks, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
