Encompass IT Solutions

Encompass IT Solutions provides cybersecurity and IT consulting services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Encompass IT Solutions is based in Manchester, Connecticut and around since 2015. Their site is encompassit.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
