enCodePlus

Here is enCodePlus in plain terms. A web-based SaaS platform offering comprehensive planning, zoning, and code management tools, features and services for local government. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Document Management, Government and GovTech. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

enCodePlus is based in Sugar Land, Texas and around since 2013. You can read more at encodeplus.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with enCodePlus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
