EmpowerMX

EmpowerMX is an Aviation consultant providing aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Aerospace, Consulting and Industrial, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

EmpowerMX is based in Frisco, Texas. You can read more at empowermx.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
