Empire Computing and Consulting

Empire Computing & Consulting offers a full suite of network services, including analysis, design, and implementation. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Network Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Empire Computing and Consulting is based in Daytona Beach, Florida. More on empirecomputing.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
