Emelar Consulting Group

Emelar Consulting Group is a salesforce consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Emelar Consulting Group is based in Madison, Wisconsin. You can read more at emelarconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
