Ember Software

Ember Software is a consulting firm that offers solutions to the companies to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline their workflows. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ember Software is based in San Francisco, California. More on embersoftware.com.
