Ellipsis Co

Ellipsis's mission is to help teams succeeding. We are building a programmable chat bot to automate workflows and improve collaboration. In practice that means answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams with high volume. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot, Internet of Things and Messaging. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ellipsis Co is based in Menlo Park, California. Their site is ellipsis.ai.
