Elite Systems

Elite Systems is an IT company that offers IT infrastructure, cloud computing, hardware, software, and VoIP services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Elite Systems is based in Duncanville, Texas. More on elitesys.net.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
