Elite IT Home

Elite IT Home is a 100% U.S. based remote technical support company, helping individuals and families to love their technology again. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Elite IT Home is based in Orem, Utah and around since 2010. More on eliteithome.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Elite IT Home well, your review carries weight here.
