Elite Analytical Solutions

Elite Analytical Solutions provides analytics, data science, data management, power BI, business intelligence, and SAS services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Elite Analytical Solutions is based in Willoughby, Ohio and around since 2003. You can read more at e-analytical.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Elite Analytical Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
