Electronic Ink

Electronic Ink is a provider business system design consultancy services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Electronic Ink is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their site is electronicink.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Electronic Ink, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
