Electric Plum

Electric Plum is a software company that builds cross-platform, web apps, mobile apps, simulator technology and developer tools. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Mobile Apps. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Electric Plum is based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Their site is electricplum.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Electric Plum, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
