ElanTech

ElanTech is a software engineering firm that provides actionable data analysis services for military, local and commercial applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ElanTech is based in Columbia, Maryland. You can read more at elantech-inc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ElanTech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
