Eifer Software Solutions

Eifer Software Solutions has pioneered in oil and gas IT infrastructure services and solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure and Oil and Gas. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Eifer Software Solutions is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 2009. Their site is eiferinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Eifer Software Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
