Efficient Technology

Efficient Technology, Inc. delivers automated workflow solutions across a variety of sectors including retail and financial services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Crowdfunding and Financial Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Efficient Technology is based in Torrance, California. Their site is efficienttech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
