Edutopia

Edutopia, an online platform committed to improve the K-12 education system, updates best practices, classroom tips, and recommendations. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Education. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Edutopia is based in San Rafael, California and around since 1991. More on edutopia.org.
