EduLaunch

EduLaunch is an education consulting firm that provides project-based courses to teach students how to use industry-level software. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, E-Learning, EBooks and Education, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

EduLaunch is based in Katy, Texas. Their site is edulaunch.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know EduLaunch well, your review carries weight here.
