eDocfile

eDocfile is a consulting firm that develops image-capture programs. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Virtual Assistant. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

eDocfile is based in Valrico, Florida. You can read more at edocfile.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with eDocfile, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
