EDO Solutions

EDO Solutions provides cloud computing, open-source ERP, remote DBA, and enterprise architecture services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

EDO Solutions is based in North Reading, Massachusetts. You can read more at edosolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know EDO Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
