Edifica

Edifica is a developer of technologies used in work place sign in and time tracking devices. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. They also list Management Consulting and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Edifica is based in Ceres, California. You can read more at goedifica.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
