EDC Business Solutions

EDC Business Solutions is a business equipment supplier and service company that offers copiers, printers, and scanners. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management and Retail. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EDC Business Solutions is based in Richmond Hill, New York. More on edcbizsolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with EDC Business Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
