EcoDomus

EcoDomus is a U.S.-based provider of software solutions for the construction industry. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Construction and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

EcoDomus is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2010. Their site is ecodomus.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
