Ecoballot

Ecoballot is a learning management product. Paperless voting for schools. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Related areas on their profile: EdTech, Education, Law Enforcement and Web Development. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ecoballot is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is ecoballot.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
