Eclipse Global Transportation

Eclipse Global Transportation is a transportation business that offers chauffeured car, limousine, van and motor coach services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Transportation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Eclipse Global Transportation is based in West Saint Paul, Minnesota and founded in 1999. You can read more at eclipsecars.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Eclipse Global Transportation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
