Eastridge

Eastridge Technology (Eastridge) is an information technology services company. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Eastridge is based in Winston Salem, North Carolina. You can read more at eastridge.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
