e-motion software

e-motion software is a software company that designs software applications to its clients. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Customer Service, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

e-motion software is based in Arlington, Virginia. More on e-motionsoftware.com.
