e-Biz Technologies

e-Biz Technologies offers professional services and IT Solutions for the work place. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Technical Support and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

e-Biz Technologies is based in Norwalk, Connecticut and founded in 2004. Their site is e-biztechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
