DyQuest

DyQuest is an advisory firm that provides leadership, software development, and consulting services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Services and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DyQuest is based in Santa Monica, California and around since 1996. More on dyquest.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
