Dynamix eCore Solutions

Dynamix eCore Solutions provides 3PL cloud-based warehouse management software solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Warehousing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dynamix eCore Solutions is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Their site is dynamixecoresolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Dynamix eCore Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
