DynamicsQ

DynamicsQ provides CRM, ERP, application development and business consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DynamicsQ is based in Farmers Branch, Texas. Their site is dynamicsq.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
