DWD Technology Group

DWD Technology Group is an IT company offering software solutions and IT security & support services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DWD Technology Group is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and founded in 1990. More on dwdtechgroup.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with DWD Technology Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
