DWBH

DWBH is a dynamic firm that offers subject matter expertise, products and services in support of a wide range of mission-critical functions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DWBH is based in Arlington, Virginia and around since 2013. Their site is dwbhcorp.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with DWBH, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
