dwaiter

Dumbwaiter Design is an interactive design and technology studio creating a digital experiences for all screen sizes to propel businesses. That is the short version of dwaiter. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Mobile Apps, Technical Support, UX Design and Web Design. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

dwaiter is based in Rochester, Minnesota and around since 2005. You can read more at dwaiter.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
