Dura Software

Dura Software focuses on supporting and growing software companies that provide mission-critical solutions to various industries. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Dura Software is based in San Antonio, Texas. Their site is dura.software.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dura Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
