Duext

Duext Virtual Assistants helps grow in the digital space and provides Social Media Marketing, SEO, Copywriting, and Content Development. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Copywriting and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Duext is based in New York, New York and around since 2016. You can read more at duext.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Duext, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
