DTC Computer Supplies

DTC Computer Supplies provides a number of useful services to IT Professionals. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DTC Computer Supplies is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California and founded in 1965. Their site is dtc1.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used DTC Computer Supplies? Rate it.
