DSS

DSS is an IT consultancy and recruiting firm specializing in information technology staffing. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

DSS is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois and founded in 1983. More on dssjobs.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DSS well, your review carries weight here.
