DropVM

Here is DropVM in plain terms. Drop is solution for your ringless voicemail needs. Ringless voicemail deliver voicemail messages to leads without making their phone ring. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DropVM is based in Hinsdale, Illinois. More on drop.co.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
