Dream Digital

Dream Digital is an IT company that offers consulting and audio-video services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Electronics. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dream Digital is based in Pleasanton, California and founded in 2014. More on dreamdigitalav.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dream Digital, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
