Drag Labs

Drag Labs is an IT company that offers marketing automation, software development, web design, and email marketing services. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation and Web Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Drag Labs is based in San Jose, California. More on draglabs.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
