Draco Consulting

Draco Consulting LLC is a technology consulting and services company that offers open source technology services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Management Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Draco Consulting is based in Arlington, Virginia. Their site is draco-consulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Draco Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
