DR Software Services & Associates

DR Software Services & Associates is a MES consultant that has experience in the manufacturing ERP. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DR Software Services & Associates is based in Frederick, Colorado and around since 2018. More on drsoftwareservices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DR Software Services & Associates well, your review carries weight here.
