Downtowner

Downtowner is a mobile app that provides door to door rides. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Mobile Apps, Taxi Service and Transportation. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Downtowner is based in Delray Beach, Florida. More on ridedowntowner.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
