Downtown Computer

Downtown Computer offers project management, IT consulting, and cloud solution services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Downtown Computer is based in Duluth, Minnesota. Their site is downtowncomputer.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Downtown Computer, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
